プライバシーポリシー
Miyabits（以下「開発者」）は、動画管理・再生アプリ「Videlyx」における 利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 収集する情報
Videlyxは、開発者が運営するサーバーへ、氏名、メールアドレス、端末内の動画、 再生履歴、SMB接続情報、パスワードなどを送信または収集しません。 アクセス解析、広告SDK、行動追跡SDKも使用していません。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
次の情報は、アプリの機能提供のため利用者の端末内に保存されます。
- 取り込んだ動画とサムネイル
- 動画の名称、保存場所、再生位置、お気に入り、保護状態などの管理情報
- SMB接続先のホスト名、共有名、ユーザー名などの接続設定
- アプリの表示言語、テーマ、再生設定
- Pro機能の利用状態
- 保護機能および起動PINに使用する、復元できない形式へ変換された認証情報
SMB接続用パスワードは永続保存せず、必要な操作中に限り端末のメモリ上で使用します。
3. ネットワーク通信
利用者が機能を実行した場合に限り、次の通信を行います。
- 利用者が指定したURLから動画を取得するための通信
- 利用者が設定したSMB対応サーバーとの動画閲覧、取り込み、再生、バックアップ通信
- Pro機能の購入および復元に必要なAppleのApp Storeとの通信
URLやSMBサーバーとの通信先および通信内容は、利用者が指定したサービスの セキュリティやプライバシーポリシーにも従います。
4. アプリ内購入
Pro機能の購入処理はAppleが提供するApp Storeを通じて行われます。 開発者はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得または保存しません。
5. 第三者提供
開発者は、Videlyxを通じて個人情報を収集しないため、個人情報の第三者提供を行いません。 ただし、利用者が自ら指定したURL、SMBサーバー、App Storeとの通信は除きます。
6. データの削除
動画や接続設定はアプリ内から削除できます。アプリを端末から削除すると、 原則としてVidelyxが端末内に保存したデータも削除されます。 外部のSMBサーバーへバックアップした動画は、利用者が当該サーバー上で管理してください。
7. お子様の利用
Videlyxは、年齢を問わず個人情報を意図的に収集しません。
8. ポリシーの変更
機能変更や法令等に応じて本ポリシーを変更する場合があります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたはアプリ内でお知らせします。

Miyabits (the “Developer”) provides this policy to explain how information is handled in Videlyx.
1. Information we collect
Videlyx does not transmit or collect names, email addresses, local videos, playback history, SMB connection information, or passwords on servers operated by the Developer. Videlyx does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
2. Information stored on your device
- Imported videos and generated thumbnails
- Video metadata, playback positions, favorites, and protection status
- SMB host, share, user name, and related connection settings
- Language, theme, and playback preferences
- Pro entitlement status
- Non-reversible authentication data used for video protection and the startup PIN
SMB passwords are not stored permanently. They are held in device memory only while required for an operation.
3. Network communication
Videlyx communicates only when you request a feature that requires it:
- Downloading a video from a URL you provide
- Browsing, importing, streaming, or backing up videos on an SMB server you configure
- Purchasing or restoring Pro access through Apple’s App Store
Communications with URLs and SMB servers you select are also subject to the security and privacy practices of those services.
4. In-app purchases
Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Developer does not receive or store payment card details.
5. Sharing
The Developer does not share personal information because Videlyx does not collect it. This does not include communications with URLs, SMB servers, or the App Store that you choose to use.
6. Data deletion
Videos and connection settings can be removed in the app. Uninstalling Videlyx generally removes data stored by the app on the device. You are responsible for deleting videos backed up to an external SMB server.
7. Children
Videlyx does not knowingly collect personal information from users of any age.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect feature or legal changes. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the app.
